Who we are

Let'sBJJ Inc. is an AI-first web development company. We plan and build web apps and SaaS, automate operations with AI, and migrate aging sites off WordPress and other legacy platforms. What sets us apart: the copywriting that moves people is made in-house too.

What we can do

Web app / SaaS development, AI automation of operations and content, large-scale website migration, and website production. Because we plan and run our own SaaS and media, we build with operation and customer acquisition in mind — never "built, delivered, goodbye."

Who we serve

Clinics, membership businesses, e-commerce, schools — industry doesn't matter. What our clients share is the need to earn trust online and build relationships that last.

Almost everything happens online

Meetings happen over LINE or Zoom, and when coaching is needed we produce tutorial videos on the spot. We meet in person only for filming or when we happen to be nearby. Everything runs online because it's efficient — and because Fujiwara likes to work from anywhere.

In the age of AI,
text gets its power back

I believe that on the internet, words hold an enormous amount of power.

There was a time when text media — blogs above all — was thriving. But over the last ten to fifteen years video and social media took over, and the landscape changed completely.

Among younger people especially, short-form video is simply the norm. People say we have stopped reading long text, that the ability to read it is eroding.

Companies did the same. They stopped writing blogs, moved to YouTube, then moved to social.

Video and social media have real value, of course. But I think that with the arrival of AI, the value of text is about to rise again.

Asking an AI to summarize a video — what is that, really?

From here on, fewer and fewer people will watch a long video from beginning to end.

Ask an AI about a YouTube video — "so what is this video actually saying?" — and you get a summary. Ask "just show me the part where they talk about X" and you can pull out only the information you need.

Extremely convenient. But it makes you notice something.

If that's the case, why not have it as text from the start?

The video gets transcribed, an AI reads the transcript, extracts the relevant parts, and hands them back to a human as writing. If that is the pipeline, then having high-quality text exist from the beginning is overwhelmingly easier to work with.

In the age of AI, writing is allowed to be long

What is more interesting is that AI may overturn even the rule that writing has to be short or it won't get read.

If the information is genuinely valuable, more of it is better. Ten thousand words is fine.

The reader doesn't have to read all ten thousand. An AI reads the text and picks out exactly what that person wants to know right now.

So what a company should be doing is not endlessly trimming information down so everyone finds it easy to read, but putting the knowledge and experience it already has into words and leaving it on record.

Social media alone doesn't accumulate a company's knowledge

Over the past decade or so, many companies drifted away from blogs and into video and social. If a company is genuinely good at running social, that's fine.

But social inevitably depends on the taste of whoever runs the account. Communications become tied to one person, and it is not unusual to see a company posting constantly while it stays unclear what they actually know, what they think, and what they can do.

I think the opposite is coming:

the companies that hold the right information, in quantity, will be the strong ones.

Not only for humans to read. For AI to read as well.

Writing that reaches humans and AI alike

I'm Fujiwara of Let'sBJJ Inc. And what I am good at is handling text.

Not merely in the sense of writing well. Clear when a human reads it, structured so an AI can understand it, and packed with the information a company actually holds instead of trimming it away.

That is the kind of text the internet needs from here.

Having gone a full lap through the era of video and social, text becomes important again. Only this time it isn't writing meant for humans alone.

It is writing meant to be read by both humans and AI.

By the way

About the text you have just read: I did not write a single line of it.

I spoke my thoughts out loud to an AI, exactly as they came, and had the AI shape them into writing. What I did was not writing — it was thinking, and talking.

That, too, is one of the reasons I believe text is about to matter again.

The cost of producing writing itself has dropped dramatically because of AI. So what matters from here is less the craft of writing and more: what are you thinking, what do you know, and what do you choose to leave behind in words. That is where it is.

About

Hiromichi Fujiwara

Founder & CEO

Born in Oita, Japan. Moved to Tokyo as a teenager to make a living from music, joined a game studio, and worked on sound production for Nintendo titles — while running his own indie music label and selling CDs online. That was the start of a lasting fascination with selling and drawing traffic on the internet.

After growing his own blog to tens of thousands of monthly pageviews, he founded an internet marketing consultancy. Today his work centers on planning and building web apps and SaaS and automating operations with AI — with acquisition strategy and copywriting still handled in-house. Father of two.
